This fabulous combination will penetrate deeply into your hair helping to moisturize it while increasing luster and shine.

Avocados are high in beta-carotene, lecithin, fatty acids, potassium and protein, not usually found in fruit. They are high in vitamins A and D and contain more vitamin E than any other fruit, thus deeply nourishing and moisturizing dry and damaged hair.

Rich in vitamin E and other powerful antioxidants, extra virgin olive oil deeply conditions and moisturizes hair from strand to scalp, returning natural strength, luster and overall health to your damaged hair.

Packed with vitamin E and fatty acids, laurel oil fortifies hair structure, provides nourishment and enhances hair shine, controls excess dandruff and helps with hair loss. Laurel oil is recommended for dark hair only. If you dye your hair black, using laurel oil regularly keeps the black color on for much longer, reducing in half the times you have to dye them within the year.

Blondes should skip laurel oil and use chamomile oil instead. Chamomile oil naturally lightens hair and adds beautiful golden highlights. It revitalizes the hair, while also strengthening its roots and protecting it from the harsh external environment. Roman chamomile is lighter and gentler than German Chamomile and is more suitable for damaged hair treatments.

Mash up half an avocado, blend it with 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (slightly warm) and 4 tablespoons of laurel oil or chamomile oil (depending on your hair color). Massage into clean, damp hair, using a small amount on your roots and a large amount on the ends of your hair. Leave on for 30 minutes, then rinse and shampoo.

Repeat this deep-conditioning treatment for damaged hair at least once a week.
