3. Damaged Hair Treatment with Sweet Almond Oil, Castor Oil and Carrot Seed Oil

Rich in vitamins A, B1, B6, E, D, iron, magnesium, calcium and fatty acids, sweet almond oil deeply moisturizes the hair and the scalp, reduces breakage and hair fall, stimulates hair growth and adds shine to dry, brittle, damaged hair. It greatly complements castor oil by improving its smell and texture.

Castor oil thickens hair, promotes hair growth, prevents thinning, moisturizes, helps reduce split ends, helps to tame frizz, and prevents scalp infections. Castor oil coats the hair shaft and smooths the cuticle layer, sealing in moisture and leaving the hair feeling soft and silky.

Carrot seed oil is rich in beta carotene, vitamins A, C and E. It goes right into the hair shaft to repair, strengthen and moisturize damaged hair and, when rubbed into the ends of the hair, will help to repair split ends.

To trap in the heat, cover your hair with a shower cap and then wrap a towel over your head. You can either wash out the treatment after one hour or leave on overnight, shampooing out in the morning.

Use this damaged hair treatment once a week and you will notice a change in a few weeks.
