  • 1 cup (1 oz / 28 gr) romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup (1 oz / 28 gr) spinach or arugula
  • 3-4 stalks celery
  • ½ apple
  • ½ pear
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • ¼ cup water

Optional:  

  • ¼ parsley
  • ¼ cilantro
